Arixa Capital Advisors, LLC is a real estate investment advisor that manages several real estate investment funds. The firm was founded in 2006 by Mr. Jan B. Brzeski and is co-managed by Arixa's Managing Directors, Mr. Gregory S. Hebner and Mr. Jan B Brzeski.
Arixa funds primarily originate residential mortgage loans issued to borrowers that are in the business of purchasing outdated or distressed single family homes and renovating those properties for the purpose of resale.
With four years of audited results and more than 500 investments completed, we have made money and generated current cash flow consistently for investors in each of our funds. Investors in our funds benefit from Arixa’s consistent returns, deep knowledge of our market niche, transparency and strong reporting including audited financial statements. Arixa Fund I was formed in 2012 and seeks to generate high current income by originating private loans to professional renovators of single family homes. Our well-diversified portfolio of loans is secured by senior mortgages on California properties.
Arixa Fund II
SINGLE FAMILY HOME RENTAL program
Arixa Fund II was formed in 2012 to take advantage of the unprecedented decline in home values and historically strong rental yields. The fund purchases single family homes, renovates them, and rents them for a target yield of 7%. The fund has a 5-7 year investment horizon, aiming to take advantage of a recovery in home values while generating strong current income for investors.
Arixa Fund III
SINGLE FAMILY RENOVATION LENDING (LEVERED FUND)
Arixa Fund III was launched in January 2014 and is an income fund focused on capital preservation which offers private loans to mid-range and high-end home developers. The diversified loan portfolio is secured by first lien loans on mid-range and high-end homes in major urban markets throughout California, and to a much lesser extent Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Crosswind Venture Fund is a joint venture with a multi-family office that originates loans to developers of single family luxury homes in California.
Arixa Capital’s funds are only open to accredited investors as the term is defined by the Securities Act of 1933 under Rule 501 of Regulation D. Before accepting an investment in one of Arixa’s Funds, Arixa Capital must verify an investor’s Accredited Investor Status.
