No, we never charge penalties for prepayment.

We lend on a variety of asset types, including single-family residences (1-4 units), condos, multi-family residences, mixed use, office, retail, and other commercial properties. 

 

What  LTV ratio does Arixa Capital offer?

We offer LTV ratios up to 75% for both commercial and residential.

 

What interest rates do you offer?

Our rates for commercial properties range from 7.25% to 8.75% (for First Lien Position) and 8% to 10% for residential properties.
