Jan Brzeski and Greg Hebner of Arixa Capital presented at the 2017 Build Expo on Wednesday, February 15th at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Together they explained how the most successful investors are sourcing acquisitions that make sense, and how to avoid surprises and take advantage of opportunities in today's residential market by demonstrating how to evaluate projected cash flow the way professional investors do. Jan Brzeski and Greg Hebner also discussed strategies for investing in single family homes, including the "fix-and-flip" business; and the strategy of being a private lender to real estate investors rather than an owner/operator.
