Founded in 2006, we specialize in providing bridge, renovation, and construction loans to professional real estate investors, developers, and builders. Arixa strives to deliver reliable financing and exceptional service through its vertically integrated platform. The firm has developed long-term relationships with a substantial base of repeat borrowers over the course of originating more than $4 billion in loans since the firm’s inception.

Arixa is led by an accomplished management team averaging 25+ years of relevant real estate lending and investment experience. 2006 Arixa is Founded
Arixa Capital has built a full-service lending and loan servicing platform to ensure a steady flow of investments for our funds. For our investors, we strive to provide attractive steady income and stable returns with a focus on capital preservation. On every investment we make, we work to maintain a healthy margin of safety.
2010 First Fund Established
Jan Brzeski (Founder) started Arixa’s first fund in the wake of the financial crisis, which was dedicated to making small-balance, short-maturity real estate loans to developers who purchased homes from banks and at foreclosure sales. This fund continues today and played a significant role in shaping Arixa’s investment philosophy—namely, to focus on capital preservation and mitigating risk in every investment.
2012 New Partner Joins Arixa
Greg Hebner became a partner in Arixa’s fund management business, after borrowing from Arixa’s original lending fund in 2011. His background includes purchasing, renovating, and reselling a significant number of homes in California.
2019 Arixa Reaches $1 Billion Milestone
Arixa Capital reached over $1 Billion in loan origination since inception of funds in 2010.
2021 Arixa Surpasses $2 Billion
Arixa Capital reached over $2 Billion in loan origination, having funded more than 1,300 loans across 12 states to real estate investors and developers, with the majority of the Company's loans originated in the largest West Coast metro areas.
2022 Arixa Accomplishes $3 Billion
In September, Arixa crossed a new milestone with $3 Billion in loan origination, having now funded more than 1,600 loans across 17 states by consistently providing an exceptional lending product and service to our clients.
