Sabrina Dukhovny joined Arixa Capital in 2020 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, managing the company’s day-to-day operations, spanning lending operations, people and culture, marketing, and facilities.

With over 19 years of experience as a business operations executive, Mrs. Dukhovny has a proven track record of scaling lending platforms while maintaining high-quality service standards. Her work has focused on enhancing operational efficiencies by identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements and technology solutions that drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Arixa, Mrs. Dukhovny was the Chief Operating Officer at Anchor Loans, following her tenure as Vice President of Technology Operations. Over more than five years with the company, Mrs. Dukhovny played a key role in developing Anchor’s FinTech platform, contributing to a nearly 200% increase in loan fundings and a threefold increase in loans funded per full-time employee. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Dukhovny managed the sale of whole loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac at Kinecta Federal Credit Union. She also held various roles at Arch Bay Capital, where she gained broad exposure across asset management, REO management, marketing, and sales and trading.

Mrs. Dukhovny graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies.
