Alexander Foster joined Arixa Capital in 2016 and serves as Vice President of Operations, directing the company’s loan servicing operations while driving the development and expansion of Arixa’s proprietary technology and infrastructure. With over a decade of experience in loan origination and servicing, Mr. Foster is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows to support Arixa’s rapid growth.

During his 8 years at Arixa, Mr. Foster has managed the company’s servicing assets, even as they expanded from under $100 million to over $1.5 billion. By spearheading the development of Arixa’s innovative cloud-based lending platform, he has transformed the company’s technological capabilities, enabling it to scale efficiently and effectively. His efforts have been pivotal to Arixa’s continued growth and success.

In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Foster was honored with the 2024 HousingWire Insiders award, celebrating operations leaders who have made a profound impact on their organizations.

Mr. Foster graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts.
