Alisa Redgrift serves as Vice President of People and Talent at Arixa Capital. With more than 10 years of human resources experience, Alisa has extensive experience building and developing people functions within growing organizations. Her background spans people strategy, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with leadership teams to develop people strategies that support business growth, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience.

Prior to joining Arixa, Alisa served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Credit Key, where she built and led the company’s HR function and developed people programs and infrastructure needed to support the organization’s growth. Her work focused on strengthening talent practices, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations.

Previously, Alisa served as HR Manager at Primal Kitchen following its acquisition by Kraft Heinz, supporting the organization through a period of growth and integration. Earlier in her career, she held various roles at MatchCraft, where she gained broad experience across people operations, talent development, employee programs, and workplace culture.

Alisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach, and holds certificates in Human Resources and Advanced Human Resources from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
