Seth Davis is President of Arixa Capital, a private real estate lender and investment manager focused on residential, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. He joined the firm in 2021 and leads the day-to-day operations of the business, oversees the portfolio management of Arixa’s institutional fund vehicles, and serves on the firm’s investment committee.
Since joining Arixa, Mr. Davis has led the team to more than $8 billion in loan originations since inception and played a key role in scaling and diversifying the firm’s capital base to support its growth. He is based in Phoenix, where he established Arixa’s Arizona office, and has helped expand the firm’s origination platform across major U.S. real estate markets. In recent years, he has helped execute more than $2.5 billion in financing and capital markets transactions, spanning RTL securitizations, joint ventures, loan sales, and warehouse facilities. Collectively, these initiatives have created a durable capital engine that enables Arixa to lend with greater consistency and certainty.
Mr. Davis brings over twenty-five years of banking industry experience. Prior to joining Arixa, he was a Managing Director within Western Alliance Bank’s Specialized Mortgage Services team. During his tenure at WAB, he built the newly created Note Finance division of the bank, where he originated more than $2 billion in loan commitments across residential and CRE investments while maintaining exceptional credit quality for the loan portfolio.
Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Mr. Davis is a Licensed AZ Real Estate Broker and AZ Commercial Banker. He serves on the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate board, California Lutheran University Alumni board, and is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, teaching financial literacy and other important life skills to children.
