Jocelyn Friel is Chief Capital Officer at Arixa Capital, a private real estate lender and alternative investment manager. She leads the firm’s capital formation strategy, oversees institutional and private wealth relationships, and drives the expansion of Arixa’s investment products and fund offerings.

Prior to joining Arixa Capital in 2026, Jocelyn was a Managing Director at Prime Finance, where she focused on insurance company investment products. She previously served as a Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate, where she managed investment-grade real estate credit funds and separate accounts, following earlier roles in commercial real estate loan origination, securitization, capital markets, and secondary debt investments. She began her career at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis).

Jocelyn holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BBA from The George Washington University. She is also a CFA® charterholder. She serves on the board of the Kohn Charitable Trust and as a council member of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards Board.
